Henson Shaving razors are manufactured in the same factory that manufactures parts, e.g. to the Mars Rover and the International Space Station (ISS). The razors are manufactured using the same aerospace processes, so the tolerances they have achieved are unbelievably precise (five to ten thousandths of an inch (0.0005)). In razors, this means that the blade fits the shaving head precisely every time, and requires no setting. Thanks to small tolerances, the blade exposure (blade exposure) is also the most accurate on the market, which, combined with the unique design, means that the blade does not vibrate when shaving.
