In Finland, parcels are delivered by Posti and Matkahuolto. Prices start from 5,90€, see all options at checkout. We deliver orders over 80€ to Finland without shipping costs.
International deliveries are detailed in more detail in our delivery methods.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver aftershaves internationally. Aftershaves are classified as flammable liquids, and their shipment from Finland is subject to very strict air and sea transport regulations both inside and outside the EU.
For this reason, we have removed the possibility of purchasing aftershaves from international customers.
The payment options are PayPal, Visma Pay and the most common payment methods offered by Stripe.
Via the Visma Pay service, you can pay with domestic online banks, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or installment payment. More details in our terms and conditions.
In addition to Visma, we use the Stripe payment service, which allows you to use Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay payment options.
Payment cards, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, and in some countries also Klarna can be used for international orders.
As a rule, we process orders every weekday at. 15.00. That is, orders placed before this time will be processed and delivered to the carrier on the same day.
As a rule, the delivery time for Posti packages is 1-3 business days.
The delivery time for Matkahuolto packages is generally 1-2 business days.

When we have packed and marked your order as ready, the syhandle automatically sends a tracking code along with the finished order email. The tracking code will only be available for package orders.
This can be arranged for orders over €40, but please contact us by email first. Arrangements and pick-up time will be agreed upon.
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Tested hygiene products are not returnable.
In case of a refund, please contact our customer service first using the form below.
If the product is not defective and you want to return the product, the return costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the return has been received, the price of the product will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.
Beard trimmings are mainly guaranteed for 1 year from the date of receipt of the product. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not self-inflicted defects.
As an exception, Henson grants a lifetime warranty for its products if there is a manufacturing defect.
Another exception is Rex Supply Co, which also has a lifetime manufacturing defect warranty, if the product is registered on their website, https://www.rexsupplyco.com/register.
