We deliver orders to the pick-up point or address chosen by the customer in Finland, as well as to the following EU countries: Sweden, Denmark, Baltics, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Croatia. We cannot deliver to Åland, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The receipt will be sent by e-mail when we have received the order. You can also print the receipt from My Account – Orders below.
Vintage Shave reserves the right to change its terms without notice. The customer commits to the valid ones with each order delivery– and to the contract terms.
Prices
The normal prices of the products are visible in the Vintage Shave online store.
Vintage Shave reserves the right to correct prices if they are displayed incorrectly for technical reasons or are clearly lower than the normal level. If the price correction concerns an order that has already been placed, the change will be confirmed to the customer before the order is processed. The prices of products ordered from the online store include VAT of 25.5%.
Payment options
Our online store offers a variety of payment options, which you can choose the best one for you. Payment agents are Visma Pay, Stripe and PayPal Payments.
Visma Pay
(Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4) is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online retailer. Payment is safe, because all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the payment transaction information.
With Visma Pay, you can pay with online banking, wallet, invoice, installment, Apple and Google Pay. OP Invoice– A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into several installments. Your purchases are shown in one place, so you can easily stay up-to-date on the use of money. With a credit limit, you keep your consumption within the limits you want. You can conveniently receive invoices in your e-mail. In our online service, you can see information about your use of OP Invoice and the amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old with the ability to pay, and you have the domain names of a Finnish bank. PayPal Payments
PayPal Payments act as a payment intermediary and allows you to pay with a variety of payment methods. The customer selects the payment method they want at the checkout before confirming the order. Depending on the country, available payment methods are:

All payment transactions are processed by the PayPal Payments service and meet the safety and data protection requirements of the applicable law. The Service Provider may carry out standard payment security checks before the payment is approved.
Stripe
You can use the Klarna payment method through the Stripe payment intermediate service.

Delivery times and delivery methods
We aim to process and send orders within 1-3 business days of the order. The delivery time in Finland for an order from an order is usually 3-5 business days in total. In trackable shipments, it can take 24 hours before the package can be tracked on Posti's tracking page.

Posti Pikkupaketti to the door
Arrived in 2-5 business days from dispatch. Trackable.
Depending on the size, it is distributed either in the mailbox/door or behind the door. You will receive a message when the package has been distributed. You can follow the progress of the shipment online or with the OmaPosti application.
Posti pick-up point
You can choose your desired pick-up location from Posti's pick-up point register, such as Posti offices, parcel machines, smartposts and pick-up points. Posti offices and parcel machines keep packages for one week after receiving the arrival notification.
As a rule, the delivery time of postal packages is 1–2 working days, normally after 4 p.m. In the capital region, Turku and Tampere, packages are also delivered for the customer to pick up on Saturdays.
Posti Home Delivery
With Posti Home Delivery, the order is delivered directly to the recipient's doorstep. The distribution of the package is agreed separately with the recipient. In the biggest cities, Home Delivery can be distributed in the evenings.
Delivery times: In the biggest cities until 21:00, in others either by 14:00 or 17:00.
Matkahuolto Lähellä package
Lähellä package is delivered to the nearest address of the recipient or to the parcel point chosen by the sender within 1-3 business days, and they are also distributed on Saturdays in the capital region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
The recipient will receive a text message or email as soon as the package is available for pickup. Storage period 7 days.
Matkahuolto's XXS package
The Matkahuolto XXS package corresponds to the traditional letter book, but is treated as a package. Delivered to the Matkahuolto vending machine or office selected by the customer.
DB Schenker Pick up Package
DB Schenker's comprehensive pick -up network serves online store customers from morning to night every day of the week.
Delivery time for the pick-up point package is 1-3 days.
We will notify the recipient via SMS when the shipment is available for pickup.
Delivery restrictions
Products containing alcohol are potentially dangerous to ship internationally. Because of this, we can only send aftershave products within Finland.
Right of return and cancellation
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging. We do not accept used hygiene products because they are no longer salable. In the event of a return, first contact our customer service.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned products have been received, the price of the order will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed. However, Vintage Shave has the right to refrain from refunding the payment until it has received the product back or when the Customer has proven that he has sent the returned product back.
The customer has the right to cancel his order at any stage in accordance with the terms of the contract. If the order is canceled at the point when the product is already on its way to the customer and the delivery can no longer be canceled, the possible costs caused by the cancellation will be charged to the customer.
If the ordered products are not picked up from the Posti office within the Posti's storage times, the ordered products will be returned to the sender. In this case, we can return the price of the products back to you or, if you wish, send them again with the cost of new postage.
Defective product
If there is a defect in the product, please always contact our customer service first. Tell us what's wrong with the product and the pictures will also help to solve the issue. After confirming the fault, we will deliver a replacement product to the customer at no additional cost. If it is a discontinued product or a replacement product can no longer be obtained, we will return the price of the product back to the customer. To return a defective product, we send a pre-paid return shipping label.
Complaints
If the product is damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to Vintage Shave's customer support. Contact us for the menu contact form through.
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase or a receipt as proof of the place and time of purchase when returning or complaining about a product defect.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the post, the product must be immediately complained to the Post.
