Italian Abbate Y La Mantia's goal of shaving soaps has not only been to develop the soap base and combine it with different scents. Their goal is to develop a soap base and a fragrance combination for each customer's needs. More than 20 years of research and product development have done one of the most interesting projects in Abbate Y la Mantia's shaving soaps. Saffron is normally known as expensive spice in cooking, but Abbate Y La Mantia presents the functionality of Saffron's active ingredients in cosmetics and skin care. Saffron is cultivated in beautiful Italian Maremma hills, Grosseto's province.

OLFACTORY: Here we are. Standing. The sun is rising. The light is about to explode. The saffron flowers are about to open and invade everything. Waves of a sea made of worked land.

SENSUAL: The most cared for, massaged and purified skin that a shaving soap can give you. A quantity of saffron extract that can only be found in precious cosmetics.

ACTIVE: Holds an absolute record:

• • anti-redness (limits the effects of the blade on the face);
  • antifree radicals (oxygenates the skin, obtaining brightness and uniformity of the complexion);
  • soothing (also excellent for sensitive skin); but most of all

Krokos is an extreme art project and a sample of what is characterized by Abbate Y La Mantle as a company. Use of the world's oldest and most valuable cosmetic extract: Crocus Sativus Extract. Since ancient times, this bulb has been a treasure chest of beauty treasures, which has been used as both imperfections and damage to an aesthetic measure. Historically, it has only been used by rulers and powerful people: Cleopatra, Alexander the Great and Hippocrates are just a few of these.

Aylm has even used excessive amounts in Krokos products to demonstrate the benefits of this spice and its important active parts without reservation: the benefits of crocin, picrocrocin and safranal.

Picrocrocin (15 %) C16H2607; 330.37 g/mol. Responsibility for seasoning.
Safranal (2.5 %) C10H14o; 150.21 g/mol. Responsibility of aroma.
Other: potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, vitamin C and folates.

This chemical structure makes this extract a very powerful anti-inflammatory that reduces spots, hyperpigmentation and scars, brightness and uniformity, strong soothing, stimulation of follicles (beard and hair), unparalleled moisturizer and elasticizer.

Main feature: Anti-aging. Limits skin oxidation due to any possible cause (shaving, atmospheric agents, solar rays, cellular aging, stress, bacteria and contact with pollutants).

The large 200 ml shaving soap is packed in a thick glass bowl and the finished product is wrapped by hand to a spectacular box. Italian colors are shown in a ribbon that is finished by sealing.
