Blackland Vector

The Vector is an innovative three-piece safety razor that uses single-edge (SE) Artist Club-style blades. We designed the top cap with a Blackland innovation - the SlimPost - which allows the Vector to be as compact as possible with the head perfectly centered over the handle for optimal balance and control. This is a razor that gets under the nose and into every nook and cranny unlike anything else on the market. CNC-machined
Each of the Vector's three pieces is CNC machined from solid stainless steel right here in the USA by the same family-run machine shop we've partnered with on every single razor we've ever sold. After machining, each piece receives multiple rounds of quality control both by our machinists and internally here at Blackland HQ to ensure that your razor looks and shaves the way it's meant to.

Finish

Blade selection
The Vector uses Artist Club-style blades. Thicker and with a cutting edge about 35% longer than double-edge blades, Artist Club blades are smooth, long-lasting, and vary in performance quite a bit, making the Vector even more versatile. Below is a comprehensive list of all blades that are compatible with the Vector. Proper fit for any blade not on this list cannot be guaranteed.

• Feather Professional
  • Standard artist club blade. If you are not sure where to start, start here. Medium aggression.
• Feather ProGuard
  • This is a Feather Professional with additional protection, which reduces aggression. Milder than pro, suitable for sensitive skin and/or light beard.
• Feather Pro Super
  • The most aggressive Artist Club blade on the market. The Pro Super is similar to a Feather Pro, but it has increased blade exposure, meaning the blade sticks out from the head more. This makes the Pro Super the most aggressive and efficient AC blade.
• Feather Softguard
  • A mild blade with a guard and reduced blade exposure.
• Kai Captain Titan Protouch Mg
  • Like the Feather ProGuard, this blade is guarded for a mild and smooth shave.
• Kai Captain Titan Mild
  • As the name suggests, this blade is on the mild side of the spectrum, but not overly so.
• Kamisori
  • An uncommon blade, possibly out of production.
• Kai Captain Sharpblade
  • An uncommon blade, possibly out of production.
