In the 1950s, the production of razors, which today are known as Fatip, began. Razors became popular with people thanks to their design and work footprint. In the 1980s, Ilario Fazzini launched the FATIP brand, which continued to produce these razors with an enhanced production process that improved the quality and performance of the razors, while still maintaining their original aesthetic features.
The Fatip "Il Grosso" series razor represents, as the name suggests, weight and size. The razor has a total length of 95 mm and a weight of 88 grams. The handle is made entirely of brass and has a diameter of 13 mm. The razor feels just right and balanced in the hand.
The knurled handle is polished to a mirror finish, making this golden razor extremely bright and attractive. The open-comb shaving head offers a precise shaving result and is suitable for beard hair of any length.

Here is a really good razor: an effective and at the same time skin-friendly product. I have been using the Personna Blue razor. Although the handle is smooth, it holds well. Another similar good product is Fatip's Open Comb slant razor. However, you have to align the razor blade with the base plate. Here it was not necessary to align the base plate separately, but the blade I mentioned above was immediately in place. Since this safety razor is not aggressive, it is also suitable for beginners (base with cream).
