Rex Envoy
Rex Supply Company's latest, "The Envoy" razor is an elegant and finished razor that is built to last forever. If this is your first double-edge razor or you are a long-time enthusiast, the Envoy will surely be a favorite. It offers a precise, clean and non-irritating shave by sliding on the skin almost as if by itself.
Envoy is closed-comb, 3-piece and made of 316 stainless steel. It is perfectly weighted and balanced, and equipped with a "Sure Grip" handle, which is sure to stay in the grip even with wet hands.
The razor is machined very precisely, so every part of it can be disassembled and cleaned easily. The blade gap of the shaving head is 0.025″ (0.64mm), so it corresponds to level 3 of the Rex Ambassador adjustable razor, i.e. medium half gap.
The Envoy razor is 100% made in the USA. Each razor is individually serial numbered and date coded on the underside of the base plate. The date code comes from the old Gillette date syhandle where 2018 = N, 2019 = O, 2020 = P, 2021 = R and 2022 = S. More about serial numbers here.

Really beautiful design! It's like it was made as an extension of my own hand. Here, a degree more has been invested in every area. Smooth and enjoyable ride. The material is of course a big plus. The wonderful packaging gives an additional feeling of a high-quality razor with a personality!
