Dawn of Glory is a primer you wouldn't expect from the Italian manufacturer The Goodfellas' Smile.
Dawn of Glory contains high-quality natural ingredients and its composition is a semi-liquid gel. It works quickly, softens beard hairs, and protects and soothes the skin during shaving. The product is completely odorless, so it doesn't affect the smell of your favorite soaps or aftershaves. Dawn of Glory also works by itself as a lubricant when shaving, and it offers a quick and non-irritating alternative as needed.
Use: Wet your face and apply 7-10 drops of Dawn of Glory to the affected area in circular motions. Wait 30-60 seconds before applying the shaving soap. Continue shaving as normal.
Made in Italy.

Does what it promises and is really slick. The only downside is that it is easy to take too much from the bottle.

Works well. Really affordable and a big plus is that it's fragrance-free, it doesn't mess up the scent of the shaving soap.

Pre-shave, cream, oil or gel, I myself have hardly had any special benefit, and neither has this gel. The blade of the safety razor and the knife have slipped quite well even without pre-shave agents. But Dawn of Glory can be perfectly used as it is for shaving, i.e. like an actual shaving oil (raskolja, Rasieröl, shaving oil). Works fine. You can, for example, take a safety razor with you on trips, there is room in the toilet seat for other accessories as well.
