Works well, but the size is really big. The pattern on the bottom helps to foam even with a small wolf. Room to hold the wolf, although if the size was smaller, the wolf would stay upright and at an angle. Functional but really big in size, even too big for my taste, as it could easily hold 10 shaves of lather even if you shave three times each time.
