Alexander Simpson Est. 1919 Lime Ultra-Glide
Scottish pioneer Alexander Simpson started the production of Simpson razors and accessories in 1919. Manufacturing took place in East London, but later moved to Clapham, London. During the Second World War in 1941, the factory was destroyed, after which production was moved to Nimmer Mill in Somerset. Today, Simpson razors and related products are manufactured by Progress Shaving Brush (Vulfix) Limited on the historic mansard. They continue to manufacture in the traditional way by tying the knots of the razors by hand, by professionals.
Alexander Simpson Est. 1919 is Simpson's new soft product series, which, like Simpson, represents quality and tradition.
