Semogue Galahad C3 Black
Founded in 1955, the Portuguese Semogue is a family business that still manufactures shaving brushes by hand. They offer a wide range of different wild boar and badger knots. In particular, their boar shaving brushes are very popular among wet shavers due to their excellent performance and affordable price.
Semogue added a new Galahad C3 collection to its list. This new handle is designed to provide a good grip with wet hands. The color of the handle is an intense red (imperial red) made of resin. The handle is attached to a natural black horse brush with a height of 50 mm and a knot size 22 mm.

I decided to try this brush as soon as it arrived. Because the wolf smells a little bad as I was washed by the Vie-Long 12601 horsehair immediately with shampoo and conditioner. However, I forgot to soak bristles as it is recommended for animal wolves before shaving. Fortunately, only a couple of hair came out of the wolf. I soak the wolf for half an hour and swelled in a bowl of the shaving cream. As a compact wolf, this does not charge very much soap if you want to foam more often than 1 * 3 sessions. Instead, you can pick more soap from the bowl.
This Galahad C3 wolf has a softer tip on the skin than the Pharos C3 but there is a significant spine. It gives the skin with a painting foaming movement. Not as much as a Pharos that gives a marsh massage to the skin.
The VIO-Long 12601 I mentioned above is mild with these wolves by being almost a cotton-like soft soft.
