It was an amazingly pleasant experience. Whereas the "after" of the same series had such an unusually strong smell that it could not be used as an after, this balm had a mild scent. In terms of balsamic properties, the product is the best I have come across, it absorbs, soothes and leaves the skin with a good, clean feeling. Absolutely premium.
The loss of one star is only because the scent should be more masculine for my taste.

To be completely honest, I don't feel that the product has actually helped me in any way as a moisturizer or to soothe irritated skin from shaving, but on the other hand, I have used much worse products for the same purpose (for example, the similar products from Saponificio Varesino mainly increase my skin irritation and the smell is so strong that I can't . to use the product).
The scent is quite mild but very pleasant. I can't say how long the scent actually lasts, because it could be that the nose just gets used to it quickly and soon doesn't notice it anymore. If the scent was a little stronger and lasted longer and the product wasn't so expensive, I would definitely buy it again.
